This is your sole and exclusive remedy THEREIN AND ANY DOCUMENTATION (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITA- for any breach of warranty. THESE TERMS APPLY TO YOU AND ANY SUBSEQUENT RECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARIS- LICENSEE OR USER OF THIS PRODUCT.
